So January has just flown by, and I must give my apologies for not blogging as life has just been crazy busy. So much has happened and so quickly, I do feel like I have been in a bit of a whirlwind. Now it is February and with Valentine’s Day just around the corner I want to share with you my recommended gifts for the green-fingered love of your life.
Chiltern Seeds have created these beautifully gift wrapped seed selections, very fittingly named as the Wine and Dine Mixes. One a collection of stunning flowers and the other with scrumptious vegetables. http://www.chilternseeds.co.uk/gifts/gift-selections
Recently I have fallen in love with Emma Bridgewater crockery. The patterns are quaint and cute, yet I think they would fit in perfectly to both a rickety cottage kitchen or a more modern surrounding. These would also make a great addition to an allotmenteer’s shed, perhaps next to the biscuit tin (if you are such a lucky person to have a shed on your allotment)! Above are two of my favourite items from her range and equally perfect as Valentine’s gifts. View all Valentine’s ideas on the website here: http://www.emmabridgewater.co.uk/icat/valentines
Number three on my list for this Valentine’s Day is this overly cute and shabby chic style seed tin. A must have for every gardener, a cool dry place to store those valuable seed packets. This one is available from John Lewis
